This pantry door was given to me by a friend wondering if it was something that I would be interested in. Silly question! I’m always searching for something with a little bit of character - and this door didn’t disappoint. I decided that it called for something a little traditional, or nostalgic, and came up with the idea of quilt blocks. Deciding to use some creamy textured antique glass I had on hand started the search for complementary glass colors, and a “theme” for the blocks. I like to think that it all came together nicely and I’m hopeful it will enjoy it’s second lease on life.
